Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Zancore Systems s.r.o. (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information in connection with the Comb mobile application (the “App”). By using the App, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, do not use the App.
The App is intended solely for adults aged 18 or older. Persons under 18 must not use the App or submit any information or photos.
1. Information We Collect
- Account identifier. The App does not require you to sign in or provide your name or email address. Each installation is assigned a random account identifier, stored on your device and on our servers.
- Photos. When you request a hairstyle preview (a “Makeover”), the photo you submit is uploaded to our servers. We do not use your photo to identify you or anyone else.
- Facial measurements. The App analyzes your photo on your device to estimate your face shape and measurements such as face ratio, symmetry, jaw angle, and eye spacing. These measurements may be submitted together with your photo and used by our AI provider to suggest hairstyles that suit you. They are not used to identify you or anyone else, and we do not create or keep facial recognition templates. By submitting a photo, you consent to this processing.
- Answers and preferences. Your questionnaire answers (such as gender, age, and hair details), selected hair colors, and preferred language, submitted together with your photo.
- Generated content. The hairstyle images and texts produced for your Makeover.
- Purchases. The store transaction, the product purchased, and your credit balance. Payments are processed by Apple or Google; we never receive your payment details.
- Technical data. Device type, operating system, app version, IP address, usage, and crash information needed to operate and secure the App. Our server logs never contain your photos.
2. How We Use It
We use this information solely to provide the App: to generate Makeovers, maintain your credit balance, process purchases, prevent fraud and abuse, fix errors, and improve the App. We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or use your photos to train artificial intelligence models.
3. Service Providers
We share information only with providers that help us run the App, and only as needed:
- Google (Gemini API) receives your photo, facial measurements, answers, and preferences to generate Makeovers.
- Google (Firebase App Check) verifies that requests come from the genuine App.
- Cloudflare hosts our servers and stores the App’s data.
- RevenueCat processes in-app purchases and receives your account identifier.
- Apple and Google process payments under their own privacy policies.
- Analytics and crash reporting providers receive technical and usage data linked to your account identifier.
We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.
4. Retention

Content saved on your device stays under your control; we have no access to it.
5. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us. Because we do not know your name or email, please include information that lets us find your account, such as a store transaction identifier. Deleting your account permanently removes any unused credits.
7. Adults Only
The App is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from, or process photos of, persons under 18. You must not submit photos of anyone under 18, or of any other adult without their permission. If we learn that information or a photo of a person under 18 has been submitted, we will delete it and may terminate the associated account without refund.
8. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time by publishing a new version on this page. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated policy.
